Join in welcoming Spring with this hands-on pottery workshop celebrating spring, creativity, and the joy of gardening. In this relaxed and welcoming class, you will learn the fundamentals of handbuilding while creating your own unique garden décor.
Part 1: Build (2.5 hours):
Get your hands in the clay as you design and handbuild a collection of garden pieces, including a planter, decorative garden stakes, and whimsical mushrooms. You will be guided step-by-step through shaping, assembling, and adding texture and detail to your creations, no prior experience needed. This session focuses on creativity, exploration, and learning foundational handbuilding techniques.
Your pieces will then be carefully dried and fired before the second session.
Part 2: Paint & Glaze (2 hours):
Return to bring your creations to life with color! In this session, you will paint and glaze your fired pieces, choosing from a variety of finishes to match your personal style or garden aesthetic. We will cover basic glazing techniques to help you achieve beautiful, lasting results.
After glazing, your pieces will be fired one final time and ready for pickup within 4 weeks. Perfect for adding a handmade touch to your home or garden.

In this fun and relaxed Modern Charcuterie Board Handbuilding Workshop, you’ll design and create your own handcrafted ceramic serving board, perfect for cheese, fruit, and all your favorite shared bites.
Using simple slab-building techniques, you’ll shape a modern, functional charcuterie board while exploring clean lines, soft curves, and thoughtful details. Participants can add carved textures, subtle patterns, or keep their design minimal and elegant. This workshop is beginner-friendly and designed to be playful, engaging, and social, a wonderful way to slow down, get your hands in clay, and enjoy a creative afternoon together.
Your ticket includes one glass of wine (with an option to purchase more), and light snacks to enjoy during the workshop, making it a perfect outing for moms and daughters, moms and sons, friends, or anyone celebrating the special women in their lives. All clay, tools, glazing, and kiln firings are included, with glazing and finishing completed by the instructor after the workshop. Your finished charcuterie board will be ready for pickup at a later date.

Join us for a 3-Week Handbuilding Pottery Workshop at Two Suns Studio + Makerspace, where you’ll explore the foundational techniques of working with clay in a welcoming and creative environment. Over three weeks, we’ll dive into the core methods of handbuilding, pinch pots, coil construction, and slab building, giving you the skills to create a variety of functional or decorative ceramic pieces. Along the way, you’ll learn how to properly join clay, refine forms, and add personality through surface texture, carving, pattern, and glazing.
This class is beginner-friendly while still offering plenty of room for creativity and exploration. Each week builds on the last, helping you gain confidence shaping clay while experimenting with different forms and ideas. Kiln firings will be completed by the instructor, ensuring your work is carefully finished and durable. Your completed ceramic pieces will be ready for pickup within approximately four weeks after the final class.
Come enjoy the process of slowing down, creating with your hands, and discovering just how fun and satisfying working with clay can be. All materials and tools are provided, just bring your curiosity and creativity.

June 14th

This altar-making workshop will begin with a gentle opening ceremony led by Rach of Pine & Prism Wellness to ground, connect, and weave together the shared experiences of the Bend Yoga Festival. Through breath, reflection, and intention, we create a collective container for integration. Participants will then work with clay to create a personal altar or sacred object, giving form to insights and intentions from the festival and life.
All pieces will be fired, glazed, and mailed back to participants(from Bend Yoga Festival) by Krista of La Luce Studio within four weeks. If local, the pieces can be made available for pickup.
Open to all, come as you are. No prior clay experience is needed, this is an intuitive, mindful making process.
ADD-ON TICKET REQUIRED(for Bend Yoga Festival participants): cost includes all materials, glazing, firing (a 4-week process), and shipping to your home address after the festival. Add-on tickets go on sale April 1st.
