Join us for a playful and creative two-part Garden Pottery Workshop at the Bend Tea & Art Lounge on June 27th and July 11th. This beginner-friendly series is all about creating whimsical handmade ceramic garden mushrooms and decorative garden stakes designed to bring personality, color, and artistry into your garden or outdoor spaces.

During Part One on June 27th, participants will learn handbuilding techniques to design and sculpt their own unique garden pieces using clay. From charming mushroom sculptures to botanical-inspired garden markers and decorative stakes, there will be plenty of room for creativity and personal expression. This relaxed and social session focuses on slowing down, working with your hands, and enjoying the creative process in a welcoming environment.

In Part Two on July 11th, guests will return to paint and glaze their pottery pieces, exploring color, pattern, and surface design to bring their creations fully to life. After glazing, all work will be kiln-fired and finished for outdoor display.

This workshop is approachable for all experience levels, no prior pottery experience is needed. All clay, tools, glazes, firing, and instruction are included. Finished pieces will be available for pickup after the final firing.
